Gina Turner has been in the game for a minute, bursting onto the scene in 2009 as one half of Nouveau Yorican with now husband, Laidback Luke, followed by releases on the esteemed Fool's Gold Records and the launch of her own Turn It Records in 2012. In the years since Gina has released on the legendary Nurvous Records as well as LBL's Mixmash imprint, and combined forces with Bromance's Louisahhh! to form super-duo Staccato. BOGO's Mina steps up for an extended set early.

Stranger Than Paradise returns to the Green Room with DC's finest minimal selectors: Jubilee, Mazi R, and host Navbox. Frendzone founder and Good Room team member Kellam Matthews joins Philip Goyette in FlashBar for an evening of chunky house and left-field techno selections. Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, we feature extended bar service until 4AM.

Be sure to join us for an evening yoga session led by Gina Turner herself before the show.

We can try to describe Gina Turner but we’re sure we’ll accidentally leave something out because she’s got that much going on: native New Yorker, yoga teacher, label boss, radio host, Sirius host, chart topping artist, internationally touring DJ, and new mother to top it off. Gina Turner surrounds herself with some of the most critically acclaimed DJs out there: Junior Sanchez, Justin Martin, Diplo, and of course, Laidback Luke. It’s the circles she keeps and background in radio that clearly influence her taste in music. This is one set you won’t hear anywhere else.

To further prove our point, Gina Turner has released music on a varied list of labels including Ultra, Defected, Ministry of Sound, as well as her own imprint, Turn It Records.
